Pokénoi: Pokémon Stat Design Space
A downloadable tool
This is a tool that I made while making fakemon. It takes in parameters, like pokemon types, ranges for stats and stat totals, and it outputs stat distributions that are the most different from any existing pokemon. The supporting files are from pokeapi, and can be edited for making your own dex!
